BLESS Every Home

BLESS is our strategy to influence people far from God with the love of Jesus, for the sake of the gospel. It is not a set of ordered steps; it is a constellation of choices to be taken in any order, all of which set each other up for impact.

• BEGIN with prayer. Praying for people by name that they would encounter God's love. Asking people how you can pray for them and following through.
• LISTEN with care. Striking up quality conversations and being a good listener. Acting as a curious learner with questions.
• EAT together. Creating opportunities to connect more deeply over coffee or a meal.
• SERVE. Finding ways to meet people's practical needs, big or small. Also giving dignity to others by receiving and allowing them to meet your needs when appropriate.
• SHARE. Looking for opportunities to share your story (your testimony) and God's story (the gospel).
